Meet Our Personal Trainers


Diane Van Buren

Diane Van Buren

Diane is a graduate of MSU with a degree in Exercise Physiology and a minor in nutrition. She is ACSM Health/Fitness Instructor certified, LeMond Cycling Instructor certified, and PhysicalMind Institute Pilates Instructor certified. She has extensive experience in Physical Rehabilitation, Cardiac Phase IV Rehabilitation, and Functional Fitness. She has trained individuals in post-surgery and injury rehabilitation, weight loss, and sports conditioning. She also teaches a variety of group fitness classes.


Like most people, Diane has to discipline herself to exercise. But she loves what it does for her and how it makes her feel. Her favorite activity is running outdoors in the fresh Montana air. She and her husband have four children and she spends every spare minute with them.



Gigi VinsonGigi Vinson

Gigi is a devoted wife, mom, grandma, and dog lover; and has been a fitness enthusiast since 1994, lifting weights and training her own body. She loves working out and experienced a major transformation in her physique. She believes exercise can be fun, and hard work doesn’t have to be miserable. She specializes in bodybuilding using proper form and technique.


Gigi is LeMond Cycling Instructor certified, ACE Personal Trainer certified, and has taught various classes at M.A.C. since 2002. She has experience in elderly care, physical therapy, and various women’s issues. She advocates safety, as well as aggressive, result-oriented training. She can help you transform your body and reach your goals.

 

 

Diana Hinzmann

Gigi VinsonDiana was raised in Arizona and has been living in Bigfork for over 15 years. She joined Montana Athletic Club in 1999 and since then has taught various classes for MAC. She also created and runs the Kid's Night Out program every month. Diana is a certified Lifeguard and certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Diana has always had a passion for fitness.

Diana is a dedicated wife and proud mom of two wonderful boys! She loves spending time with her family, hiking, working-out, and fly fishing.

 

Shirley TrentShirley Trent

Shirley’s motivation for training is to help clients to challenge themselves and to push them to reach new levels of fitness. Exercise is an integral factor in maintaining your quality of life. Proper exercise movement is essential to build and maintain strength, endurance, flexibility coordination and balance.

Shirley has been a certified personal trainer for 11 years through the American Council on Exercise. She held a group instructor certification through ACE for before becoming a personal trainer. She has been certified with Greg Lemond and Johnny G Spinning. She has been teaching classes and working with clients in the fitness field for over 22 years. Shirley specializes in small group personal training with TRX suspension straps.

She is married to Todd and the mother of Colter and Ryder. Her family relocated to Bigfork 3 years ago from Bozeman. Go CATS! She enjoys snowboarding, waterskiing, boating, and hiking.
