The Montana Athletic Club is dedicated to providing a healthy and relaxing environment for each member to reach his or her personal best through continuous participation in exercise and sports.

We provide trained professionals to instruct and consult on personal fitness; premiere, up-to-date facilities and equipment to keep abreast of new technologies in  fitness and health; innovative classes and programs to satisfy all levels of fitness and keep you interested and aerobically fit.

Massage:

Montana Athletic Club hosts Certified Massage Therapists for the most relaxing and circulating massages.  Our professional masseurs will relax even the most tense and injured muscles.  Call 837.2582 for an appointment today.

Tanning:

We offer Wolff Tanning Beds in secluded rooms for your privacy and comfort.  Located in both the men's and women's locker rooms, our tanning rooms are kept clean and private for your personal use. 

For those busy professionals who don't have the time to sit in the sun, these tanning beds will give your skin that healthy "just back from Hawaii" glow.

Personal Fitness Training:

Do you know what your body needs?  You know you need to improve your fitness, but how do you improve your heart rate and slim those thighs in the 3 hours per week you've committed to exercise?

Call the Montana Athletic Club and schedule your first free consultation with one of our professional personal trainers.  They can develop a fitness program to suit your body, level of fitness and time constraints.  Using all the facilities available at MAC, you can join a class, use the machines, swim in the pool or schedule an hour of squash.

Get the help you need to avoid injuries and get the most out of your valuable exercise time. 

Child Care:

Quit using your kids as an excuse not to exercise!  We have great child care providers and facilities for the little tykes in your life.  Our owners bring their kids to the MAC Kids program so you KNOW it's a priority for our club!

We have indoor and outdoor activities and toys to entertain and enrich your children while you exercise in our facilities.  MAC Kids is so great you'll be tempted to leave your kids there all day...please don't our child care is only for your workout. You must be in the Club while your child is in our care.
